Items returned must be in the same condition as when they were sent and must be in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for paying for the return postage.

A refund will be given for the item only. Potstage costs will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method once the item is returned and checked.

If the item for any reason is not successfully returned to sender after failure to pay Duties/Taxes then unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for either Cost Of Goods or Shipping.

Shipping costs are based on weight with Royal Mail prices.
